These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and hah303 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the hah303 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User to access and use the Service.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonuses.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, togel lottery draw, or other gambling product offered through the Service.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by hah303 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other information to confirm their identity and age.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by a User from their personal bank account or e-wallet, as distinguished from Bonus funds.
• "Withdrawal" means the process of transferring funds from a User's Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To use the hah303 Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. hah303 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any User found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed, all bets voided, and funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and regulated. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your country, state, or region of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where hah303's services are prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, and any other countries subject to international gambling restrictions.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by hah303 or any third-party responsible gaming organization.

2.2 Account Creation

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each User is permitted to create and maintain only one (1) Account. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. hah303 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioral patterns. If we detect or suspect that you have created multiple accounts:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately closed.
• All bets placed from duplicate accounts will be voided.
• All bonuses and winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Only the original account may remain active, subject to our discretion.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access your Account. All activities conducted through your Account are presumed to be authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use of your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify hah303 customer support and change your password. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.

2.4 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, hah303 requires completion of KYC verification. You will be asked to submit:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your ID next to your face, with both your face and the ID details clearly visible.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) dated within the last 3 months, showing your full name and current address.

KYC verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

hah303 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Indonesian residents:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, but unusually large deposits may trigger additional verification for AML compliance. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 2-5 minutes for e-wallets and bank transfers, and within 10-30 minutes for cryptocurrency deposits (subject to blockchain confirmation times).

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, provided that:

• Your Account has been fully verified through KYC procedures.
• You have met all applicable wagering requirements for any bonuses applied to your account.
• The withdrawal amount is at least Rp 100,000 (minimum withdrawal threshold).
• You are withdrawing to a payment method registered in your own name (the same name as your KYC-verified identity).

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 1-4 hours during business hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM WIB, Monday-Sunday).
• Bank Transfers: 2-24 hours for Indonesian banks. Withdrawals requested after 4:00 PM WIB may be processed the following business day.
• Cryptocurrency: 1-6 hours plus blockchain confirmation time.

hah303 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or showing unusual betting patterns. Such checks may delay processing by up to 72 hours.

3.3 Fees and Limits

hah303 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or transfer fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Daily withdrawal limits apply as follows:

• Standard Users: Maximum Rp 20,000,000 per day.
• VIP Silver: Maximum Rp 50,000,000 per day.
• VIP Gold: Maximum Rp 100,000,000 per day.
• VIP Platinum: No daily withdrawal limit.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

hah303 periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered (bet) before bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable Real Money. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any time. You must complete or forfeit your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: Slots contribute 100%, table games and live casino contribute 10%, sports betting contributes 100% (minimum odds 1.80 for sports bets to count).
• Maximum bet while wagering a bonus is Rp 50,000 per spin, hand, or bet. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses must be wagered within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days depending on the promotion). Unused bonuses and associated winnings expire automatically after the validity period.
• Your Real Money balance is always used before Bonus balance when placing bets.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering or contribute at reduced rates. Check the specific bonus terms for details.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

hah303 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting with other users to guarantee profits, exploiting software errors or game glitches, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. Results are determined based on official league or competition rulings. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled:

• Bets on matches postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours remain valid and will be settled once the match is completed.
• Bets on matches postponed beyond 48 hours or permanently canceled are voided and stakes refunded.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voided selections are treated as having odds of 1.00 (even money), and the remaining selections stand.

Live betting (in-play betting) odds update in real-time based on match events. Due to transmission delays, there may be brief periods where bets are placed on outdated odds. hah303 reserves the right to void bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card, etc.) has occurred if we determine that the User had knowledge of the event before the bet was accepted.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced by hah303 or any third party. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

5.3 Togel Lottery

hah303 offers togel, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery, with daily draws for 4D (four-digit), 3D (three-digit), and 2D (two-digit) games. Draw results are published immediately after each draw and are final and binding. Winning tickets must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date, after which unclaimed winnings are forfeited.

5.4 Voided Bets and Disputes

hah303 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• Bets placed after the outcome of the event was already known (past-posting).
• Bets placed using compromised or fraudulent accounts.
• Bets placed as a result of a software error, display error, or incorrect odds publication (obvious errors or "palpable errors").
• Bets that violate maximum bet limits, bonus terms, or other restrictions.
• Bets placed on matches or events that are later determined to have been manipulated or subject to match-fixing.

All betting disputes must be reported to customer support within 14 days of the bet settlement date. After 14 days, all bet results are considered final and cannot be contested.

6. Responsible Gaming

hah303 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and within their means. Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.

hah303 provides the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including use of stolen credit cards, false identity documents, or forged payment information.
• Colluding with other Users to guarantee winnings or manipulate outcomes.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or display errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using hah303 to transfer funds for illegal purposes.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward hah303 staff or other Users.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the hah303 platform.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hah303 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions.
• Errors in odds, bet settlements, or game results (subject to correction or voiding as described in Section 5.4).
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

hah303's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw your entire balance (subject to wagering requirements and withdrawal limits). Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to hah303 services.

9.2 Suspension and Termination by hah303

hah303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct.
• Your account poses a security risk to hah303 or other Users.
• You have failed to provide required KYC documentation or verification information.
• You are subject to self-exclusion or gambling restrictions in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification checks.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the hah303 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, audio clips, and video clips, is the property of hah303 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from hah303 for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The hah303 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, where hah303 holds its primary gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and hah303. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, hah303 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of our intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations.

12. Amendments to Terms

hah303 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or prominent notice on the website.

Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your account.
